Welcome to InstaPV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using www.instapv.ai(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

InstaPV is a web-based tool that lets you browse publicly available Instagram content — profiles, posts, reels, highlights, and profile pictures — without logging into Instagram. We do not bypass privacy settings, access private accounts, or extract content that is not already publicly visible.

2. Not affiliated with Instagram

InstaPV is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., InstaPV (any same-named third-party tool), or PV Story. All Instagram trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise harm any individual.
• Use the Service to scrape, automate, or extract content at scale beyond ordinary personal use.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit content obtained through the Service without explicit permission from the original creator.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

4. Content ownership

Instagram content displayed through InstaPV remains the property of its original creators. We do not claim ownership of any Instagram content. You are solely responsible for how you use, save, or share any content you view through the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

InstaPV offers Free, Profile Pro, and Premium Viewer plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partner Creem. Subscription terms — including pricing, billing cycle, automatic renewal, and cancellation rights — are presented at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account menu; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except where required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific Instagram content will be available at any given time. Instagram's policies, layouts, and APIs change frequently and may affect the Service without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaPV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
