This Privacy Policy describes how InstaPV ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use www.instapv.ai(the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. What we do not collect

• We do not require an Instagram account or Instagram credentials. The Service browses publicly available content only.
• We do not store the Instagram usernames you search if you are not signed in.
• We do not share your browsing activity with Instagram or any other social platform.

2. What we do collect

When you use the Service we may collect the following:

• Account information: if you sign in with Google to access paid features, we receive your Google account email, display name, and profile picture URL via Firebase Authentication.
• Subscription information: if you purchase a plan, our payment partner Creem processes the transaction and shares the subscription state (plan, status, billing dates) with us. We do not receive or store your full payment-card data.
• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to record anonymized page views, sessions, country/region, device type, and referrer URL. We do not pass personally identifying information into analytics.
• Server logs: our hosting provider Vercel records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, request URL) for operational and security purposes. Logs are retained for a limited period.
• Cookies and local storage: we use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in (session token), to remember UI preferences, and for analytics.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service, including authentication and access to paid features.
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraudulent or abusive use.
• To analyze and improve the Service via aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — application hosting and CDN.
• Firebase Authentication (Google) — user sign-in.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — anonymized usage analytics.
• Creem — subscription billing.

5. Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication and third-party cookies (Google Analytics) for usage measurement. You can clear cookies or block them via your browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in and saved preferences.

6. Data retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account exists. Subscription records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention configuration (default 14 months).

7. Your rights

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International transfers

InstaPV operates globally. Data may be processed in regions where our service providers operate (United States and others). We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where applicable.
